Hello! My name is Brooke, I am a Hairstylist that specializes in Custom Colors and Cuts! My main focus is to provide you with an open ear and mind as we design the look you desire. Your hair is your Crown and discovering what that crown looks like for you along with learning how to love and wear that crown in a way that makes you feel good is my ultimate goal for you. I provide many many hair cutting techniques for all types of crowns along with specializing in Traditional Balayage, color corrections and many more. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, my request is to be notified 48hrs before your appointment time. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hrs before the appointment, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. A credit card on file is required, to hold your appointment(as you would a hotel, massage, etc..). Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
